General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") form the contractual basis between kuje.net (hereinafter "Platform Operator") and the registered users, whether private individuals or companies, who use the services of kuje.net (hereinafter "Members").
A distinction is made between standard Members and those with a "Pro Membership". The Pro Membership allows companies to be publicly listed in the platform's directories and to use the full range of functions.
1. Formation of the Contract
1.1
To use the services of kuje.net, a free registration on the website is required.
1.2
By completing the registration, all users confirm that they have reached the age of 18.
1.3
By registering, the Member accepts these GTC. This creates a user contract between the Member and kuje.net.
2. Scope of Services
2.1
After registration, Members have the opportunity to create profiles for companies on the platform.
2.2
Registered Members can comment on and rate the profiles of others on the platform.
2.3
kuje.net does not guarantee that contacted companies will respond to inquiries or do so within a specific period.
3. Term, Termination, and Deactivation
3.1
A profile can be deactivated by the Member at any time. After deactivation, it is no longer visible to other users.
3.2
The paid Pro Membership for companies is concluded for a term of one year and is automatically renewed. It can be terminated at any time at the end of the current contract period.
4. Disclaimer of Liability of kuje.net
4.1
kuje.net acts exclusively as the operator of the platform and does not become a party to agreements made between Members or between Members and companies. Users waive the right to derive claims or obligations against kuje.net from such agreements. Any liability for damages or disputes arising from interactions between users is excluded by kuje.net.
4.2
kuje.net assumes no liability for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the content created by Members, such as company profiles, ratings, or comments. Any liability arising from reliance on such content is excluded. Members are responsible for checking the information they publish and ensuring that it complies with legal regulations.
4.3
Although kuje.net takes the utmost care to ensure the correctness of the platform content at the time of publication, no guarantee can be given for its completeness, quality, or reliability.
5. Obligations of the Members
5.1
All Members are obliged to provide truthful information during registration and content creation. kuje.net reserves the right to block or permanently delete profiles or content without prior notice in case of suspected false information, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund of fees already paid will be made.
6. Copyright
6.1
All content provided by kuje.net, particularly the design and software of the platform, is protected by copyright.
7. Amendments to the GTC
7.1
kuje.net is entitled to amend these GTC at any time. Members will be informed of changes in an appropriate manner, for example, via a notice on the platform.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1
The contractual relationship between the Member and kuje.net, as well as these General Terms and Conditions, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
