CODE OF CONDUCT AND WORKING CONDITIONS

2. Content & Products

- Users bear full responsibility for the content they publish in the application.
3. Registration & Access
- Each company/user is responsible for their access credentials (login).
- Sharing the account with third parties without prior consent from the application provider is not permitted.
4. Platform Usage
- The application may only be used for lawful commercial purposes and in accordance with the platform's guidelines.
- Spamming, fraud, and the use of unethical methods for product promotion are prohibited.
5. Working Conditions for Company Employees
- Companies using the application guarantee that they treat their employees with dignity and in accordance with human rights.
- Forced labor, child labor, or workplace discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Safe working conditions and fair compensation are promoted wherever possible.
6. Violations and Consequences
A violation of these guidelines may result in the following consequences:
- Warning
- Deletion of content
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
In serious cases, the relevant authorities will be notified.
7. Policy Changes
- The application provider reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
- Users will be informed of all changes and are required to agree to the latest version.
